A) YES THEY CAN HAV A DEEMAT ACCOUNT YA...AND THEY CAN DO PURCHASE FROM OPEN MARKET(SUBJECT TO SEBI GUIDELINES LIKE MAX NO OF SHARES CAN BE ACQUIRED)
