A) YES THEY CAN HAV A DEEMAT ACCOUNT YA...AND THEY CAN DO PURCHASE FROM OPEN MARKET(SUBJECT TO SEBI GUIDELINES LIKE MAX NO OF SHARES CAN BE ACQUIRED)
B) THEY CAN BECOME A SHARE HOLDER IN A PVT LTD COMPANY.(HOWEVER HE CANNOT BE AN AUDITOR FOR THE SAME COOMPANY)
