Dear members please clarify that the Tailoring is Business or Profession and list of Professions as per IT act is available in any where

Tailoring is a business.
However Dress Designer's occupation is covered under profession.
Professions:
For that you have to refer Section 44AA and
Notifications issued U/s 44AA.
Notification No SO 17(E) dated 12-1-1977,
SO 2675 dated 25-9-1992 and So 385(E) dated 4-5-2001.
