T_fv_4325 error in rpu version 4.1

07 November 2014 Dear all,

i am using RPU VERSION 4.1 for preparing of e-tds returns

my client deducted 20% TDS on Interest Payment due to non available of pan (one transaction only has been done in this quarter)

when i prepare 26Q e-tds return one error is coming if i prepare the same returns in winman software FVU generated without any error

""T_FV_4325 Incorrect employee reference number/deductee reference number provided. Please provide valid employee reference number/deductee reference number""

i could not understand that error

please give solution

07 November 2014 it is a validation error. The schema provided by income tax department has its own syntax which is duly taken care of by softwares like WINMAN, TAXBASE etc. If WINMAN is not giving any error, it is safe to upload the same.

13 January 2015 Deductee reference number provided by the deductor if available- Column number 413, please mention as "PANNOTAVBL".And also in column number 415 PAN of the deductee please mention as "PANNOTAVBL". Your problem will be solved.
