what is the syllabus for dec 2014 exam of company secretarial practice in cs, weather new acts and rules is included. weather icsi is going to issue any new book regarding this. or should we continue with the old books.

Obviously new companies act 2013 will be applicable. The extent to which it will be applicable will be known only after ICSI come out with notification in this regard. So you have to wait for Notification to be issued by ICSI.

No notification till now.. but yes changes will be there dear.. so wait and visit www.icsi.edu regularly
