please tell me that when the new syllabus will be compulsorily applicable ???????

New syllabus may be released in middle of 2016 and even if it gets implemented atleast 2 to 3 attempts time will be given for students who are already registered in old course and those who register for CAFINAL after implentation of new syllabus will be required to appear exams in new syllabus
