Swipe machine payment

Dear Sir, I made a sales bill of Rs 24350.00 and they have settled a full payment through swipe machine.but in my bank account credited of Rs 24091.40 only received.the MRD Amt of Rs 219.15 and GST Rs.39.45. How can i make the journal entry for the full amount?

diff. amount will be expenses for collection of amount.
