swach bharat cess monthly deposited hoga ya qtrly or sbc ko service tax ki return file karte time kaha per show karna hoga

Will be deposited just along with normal service tax but under a separate code.
There is a separate code for deposit of Swachh Bharat Cess. Tax collection code is 00441493 .

In return there will be field for showing SBC. ST-3 format will be updated accordingly.
