Dear Experts,
Pls let me know whether RCM has been suspended till 31/3/2017 if yes from which date it would be applicable?

It will be applicable from 13th October in respect of RCM u/s 9(4). It is up to Mach 2018.

Yes I Agree with Seetharaman sir,
Only RCM u/s 9(4) supplies made by Registered Person from Unregistered person is only suspended.
RCM u/s 9(3) still continues to apply
