We have pvt. ltd. unfortunately we have two tan no. but not in use ist tan. i send the tan surrender slip to tds department but not surrender, ou tan status in NSDL Sight is Tan active. I use 2nd TAN and all return filed by 2nd TAN. IDS dept. sent notice non filing the TDS return for ISt TAn and mention the deductee name but these are not my dedctee pl help me.

Explain the case to the TDS commissioneer. He will make the necessary changes in his records.
