03 February 2011 I wish tosurrender service tax registration ,what is the procedure for surrender , and return for ii half to be filed along or can be surrendered with ii half return

03 February 2011 JUST Refer to Rule 4 of Service Tax Rules
PLEASE give written application to your Jurisdiction stating the reason for surrender of RC.
