KINDLY LET ME KNOW THAT WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF SURRENDER OF ADDITIONAL PAN CARD.

You may do so by filling up the correction
form. In the form you can mention all other PAN Nos in item No 10, which have been allotted to you and submit alongwith the application (in case desired by the PAN service center).
You will get one extra new PAN Card of the desired number.
