25 January 2011 Can anyboby guide me as to the procedure for surrendering COP? I am holding a full time COP, I will be joining the ijdustry as full time employee. How do I get my COP converted to part time COP?

25 January 2011 The member desirous of surrendering his certificate of practice should make a request in writing indicating the date from which he wishes to surrender COP. The original script for certificate of practice should be surrendered for cancellation.

25 January 2011 As regard of Part time COP if your employer when he will informed to the Institute your Full time COP will automatic converted in to Part time COP.for safer side you also inform the institute that i have join the industry.
