Surrender of c forms

We have purchased from other state, and given 'C' form on yearly basis wrongly. Now the vendor asking revised form 'c' on quarterly basis as per CST act.

Can anyone suggest us, how to surrender 'C' form?

16 July 2012 Surrender of C form is very simple you just write a request letter to STO with original C form, He will cancel that C form.
