ONE VENDOR HAS GIVEN BACK FORM C TO US. DUE TO LAST DATED BILLS SHOWN IN NEXT QUARTER FORM C.
I WANT TO SURRENDER FORM C TO HARYANA SALE TAX DEPARTMENT.. WHAT WILL BE THE PROCEDURE FOR THIS..
THERE ARE ANY FORMAT FOR THIS.

if the C form is online, then revise the return in which the bill was actually raised, generate new C form, and submit to party,
surrender the C form wrongly generated to department for cancellation.
if the C form is manual then surrender the same to STO for cancellation with facts, and apply for fresh C form in place of cancelled one.
