sir,

i want to know that, supporting documents documents should be attached with Journal Voucher or when payment is made by cash or bank voucher.

it is process that first we book the expenses and then make payment. it will be right if we attach the supporting documents both in journal voucher and bank voucher or cash voucher.

29 April 2008 When you will book the expenses that time only reqd to attach supporting documents to that voucher .

It is not necessary to attach supporting documents with Bank & Cash Voucher only Mention Bill No. & Amount .
