a company in DTA has set up a unit In SEZ. how to send raw material from DTA to SEZ. both are units of the same company

Supplies from DTA to SEZ is physical export.For supplies from DTA, benefit of Advance Authorisation is available. The drawback/ claim of rebate is applicable as in the case of physical exports.
