if you are general supplier then avail DEEMED EXPORT BENEFIT AS DRAWBACK ON THIS ITEM.

If your question is about exemption of Rs. 1 crore underr notification 8/2003, please note that an intimation has to be filed at the beginning of the F.Y.

Mr. suresh but sez supply is tax free supply and other local supply is taxable so how to decide about it ??
