Supply of goods to government

29 March 2018 Whether GST would be applicable to the goods supplied to Government/Local authority/Panchayat. Suppose i got a tender for supply of LED bulbs to local panchayat for Street Lights. In this case when i raise my invoice can i charge GST. If Yes/No then please specify the related provisions or notification or rules.
