i am Trader in UP, my question is that i am bill to other state Dealer but Goods supply in UP than which tax chargeable on tax invoice CGST SGST or IGST ?

17 February 2018 The buyer is other State dealer hence charge IGST.

17 February 2018 As I understand, you may have to charge IGST considering the interstate BILL TO address (though delivered within the state). Your customer would further raise an invoice on his UP customer levying IGST. This would result in no loss of input tax credit throughout the chain and also meets the principle of destination based taxation. Any other views are welcome.
