Supplier not filing return - My ITC stuck

07 March 2022 Supplier is not filing the documents in his GST returns for last 6 months inspite of many reminders. I have made him full payments. If I put my complain on GST portal and if he still does not file , what happens?
Will government ask me to pay his GST, though I have already paid to the supplier?
In the complain on GST portal, do I have to choose Reverse charge Mechanism?
Can someone please guide me, what should I do?
