pls advice me what do?

my clients is received a pension after superannuation Rs.241000/- it is a taxable in income tax act.1961, if yes or no

pls give me link and answer

30 July 2011 At the time of retirement. amount received in commutation of an annuity or in lieu of an annuity -from an approved superannuation fund is exempt U/s 10(13).
