25 July 2011 SECTION 10(13) :
Payments from Approved Superannuation funds are exempt in the following circumstances-

1. Payments to the legal heir of the employee on this death.
2. on commutation of annuity at the time of his retirement or on his becoming incapacitated prior to retirement.
3. Refund of the fund amount after the death.
