Whether both the parents of a girl child can avail the benefit u/s 80C, if both deposit amount to sukanya samriddhi account opened in the name of their girl child.

Yes if both are depositing in sukanya samridhi scheme both can avail the benefit of section 80C as section 80C deduction is available to both of them as separate individual assessees.

YES BOTH can take the benefit of suknaya samridhi yojana.if they deposit the amount.
