Respected sir can u expalain me that how i spok in english in freiquent manner & if any body not know englisg very well whose future not bright.

Knowledge of speaking English do matter but it is not the sole criteria for a bright future. Knowledge and expertise in your field matters most.
You can improve your English by reading news papers and books. Also make a habit of noting down the meaning of words not known to you. This will enhance your vocabulary. Try to speak more in English with your friends on a regular basis. You will make mistakes initially but you will improve gradually.
