Need to Update the Signatories on MCA Portal , What is the Substitute of DIN-3 Form ??

Substitute of form DIN-3 not notified by MCA as yet. When you file DIR-12 Signatories Details will be updated at MCA Portal.

Substitute of DIN-3 to be released within a week:
Mr Sanjay Gupta, Dy Director, MCA is reported to have stated in recent ICSI seminar at Noida that substitute of DIN-3 by way of DIR-3C will be released in the coming week!

Thanks a Lot , Dir 12 cannot be filed as how the Director shall sign his own form ??

Signatories details gets updated whenever form for appointment, resignation or change in signatories is file with ROC i.e., form 32 (old form) and DIR-12 (new form).
Are you talking about "Intimation of change in particulars of Director to be given to the Central Government". If yes DIR-6 needs to be filed.
