I HAVE PASSED ONE BOARD RESOLUTION FOR PRIVATE PLACEMENT IN SHARES OF OTHER COMPANY IN JAN 2006

U can go through the section 292(1) (d) of the companies act 1956.. It says u can give blanket approval specifying the amount to the Board. Other wise u should give specific approval again and again..
