What is the time period from the incorporation of the company subscirber should deposit the money of subscirption?
If not what is the way out? The above company is sister concern of main company.
The date of incorporation of our company is 2nd July, 2010.Till the date money has benn not deposited in the companies account.

No such time limit is specified under the existing Companies Act, 1956. But ensure that the subscribers fulfill their obligations within a reasonable time.
