subscribers to memorandum

25 July 2009 whether names of subscribers to memorandum to be entered in share application and allotment register or not. i have heard from some professionals that it is optional. i used to enter their names in register of members only. kindly clarify?

25 July 2009 Hi,

Register of Share Application & Allotment is a Non-Mandatory Statutory Registers under Companies Act, 1956.

So entry in this register is optional.
