PLEASE CLARIFY WHETHER IT IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ST-3 PHYSICALLY ALONG WITH XEROX COPY OF CHALLANS TO THE DEPARTMENT AFTER E-FILING...

No there is no requirement to submit ST-3 return physically if e-filing has been made.
