Dear sir,
I was filed my itr for f.y 2008-09 only now i want to file my return for f.y. 2012-13 so what should i do for this. I have business income also.

Consult a tax advisor and file your income tax return for f.y.12-13,he will take care of required details

You can definitely do so. As advised by Ganesh bhai, it is advisable to use services of a professional because the due date for filing return has expired. Now you can only file belated return which cannot be revised. Therefore, it is important that you get all the things right.
