23 November 2014 A charitable trust which is taxable as AOP (As trust is not registered u/s 12AA) is liable to submit its account to charity commissioner?
What are the regulation that I need to follow apart from filling return of income of this kind of trust??

23 November 2014 Yes. The financials along with the audit report needs to be filed with Charity Commissioneer.It is evedinced at some of the Charity Commissioneer's offices that the receipt clerks are reluctant to accept such set.In that case the same should be sent through Post with acknowledgement due.

24 November 2014 Thank You Amol. One more question I want to ask is even if my Net income is less than 15000 a year, still I need to submit report??
If yes then what are the report I need to submit with charity commissioner?

24 November 2014 Yes. A copy should be submitted even if it is less than a particular ceiling amount.
