DEAR ALL
I WANT TO KNOW THAT IF I FILED MY RETURN FOR A.Y. 2008-09 THROUGH E FILING THEN I HAVE TO SUBMIT THAT RETURN IN LOCAL I.TAX DEPARTMENT OR SENT TO KARNATAK, CENTRALISED DEPARTMENT FOR E FILING.

AY 2008-09 has to file your local department only, from Ay 2009-10 should post to bangalore

CBDT Circular 03/2009 dated May 21,2009 says ITR V of assessment year 2009-10 has to be send to Bangalore. Consequently, acknowledgement of assessment year 2008-09 is to be filed at the jurisdictional IT office.
