Thats totally depends on your interest. I gave tution on MICS subject for some time when i was in C.A Final which is quite a boring subject for all my frnds and other students but an interesting subject for me and i got 73 marks in that subject. So first u decide which subject u like most and then decide for lectuership. Practical subjects are generally most wanted subject from students point of view so u may go for accounts, FM or for costing, depends on your taste on that particular subject.
