Is stipend received from a ca firm by an article is exempt or not

Its not exempt but because of small amount it is not coming in tax slabs.
however if someone has other taxable income, then obviously it is taxable.

Good question. the stifund amount is small and will not come into the parview of taxable limits. If it to be added to another incomes it should be shown as income from other sources.
