hello..I passed my group 2 CA Final in nov 13..m very much scared about sfm..what are the things I need to concentrate in order to pass..I want to score exemption

Essentially SFM chapters are of 3 Categories depending on the average weightage of them in past exams.
Category A: Chapters 4,5,6,7,12 & 13
Category B: Chapters 2,3,& 9
Category C: 1, 8, 10 & 11.
Start with Chapter 13 M&A which is easy to understand and follow. Then go for Chap 9, Mutual Funds and then chap 3. Then take up Chap 12 forex and thereafter chaps 4, 5, 6, & 7 in this order.Then you can take up chapter 2.
Reg. Chaps 1, 8, 10 & 11: Take these chapters whenever you feel chaps 5, 6 & 7 are intriguing or in the end as well.
