27 September 2014 For self study the study material provided by ICAI is enough or have to study some other reference books ? If so than which are best subject wise ?

27 September 2014 ICAI's material along with practice manual is sufficient.But many students find the language very technical ,if this is the case with you then you can refer following books additionally:
1. Accounts: firstly try to arrange praveen sharma sir's classnotes along with his book else Padhuka
2.audit : surbhi bansal
3.law : munish Bhandari
4. Csoting :mittal and maheswari
5. ITSM : dinesh Madan
6.TAX : VK singhania.
Make sure to include practiec manual and rtps in your preparation.Do prepare short notes of every topic.And mark all important points,formulas and special points in every question from your 2nd revision.It will help you a lot in exam days.
