Could anyone advise which study material i should use for IFRS and US GAAP for CPA. Its been a while, I am away from Studies books like DS Rawat (For AS), and, available online will be helpful.

you will love to learn at IFRSbox.com. "Red Book" is bare and better for IFRS. You may refer to many other available books which might have commentary for IFRS to learn those is better and practical manner.
