Scanners will give you the idea about the chapterwise weightage and it consists the past years question papers.

Compilers will be helpful in going through past qa. Padhuka is also good.
To plan you must start with Scanners and then supplement the theory subjects with class material and compilers. Padhuka is useful where you feel extra help.
