in excise authority , for claimming export incentive (cenvat refund) what will documents require and what will be last date for availment the benefit?

04 June 2011 First be clear that cenvat refund is not an export incentive. When you dont pay any excise on export of goods how can you get cenvat credit. OR Do you mean something else ?
