03 September 2010 Can any one plese clarify that whether pending annual filing is required to be completed before making application of strike off?

If the company is incoporated in 1993 and has not done a single annaul filing then now before making application for strike off do i have to complete all the annauk filing till date?

Its urgent.

03 September 2010 Company has to file all pending annual returns and other returns before seeking striking off under section 560 of the Companies Act,1956.
