10 August 2018 Can a Company Go for Strike off Procedure i.e file form STK-2 along with STK-3 and STK-4 with ROC voluntarily in order to strike off its name of does it need to follow the criteria that the company should have not carried any business transactions in the previous 2 preceding Financial years.

10 August 2018 Sir, but in my case the company is carrying on business transaction but they are thinking of going for strike off currently bcuz they dont want to further continue with the business and the directors of the company have already closed their bank accounts so what is the option available to such company.
