26 August 2010 Sir,
Can anybody tell me that if a Pvt Ltd Company has been applied for Strike off from ROC of West Bengal & all its Annual Accounts till 31st Dec`2009 has been given during that time.
But notification of the same from ROC received on 12th Feb`2010 from which within 3 months it will be strike off from ROC,
in this regard please tell me whether it is required to provide Annual Accounts till 31st March`2010 again or 12th May`2010 or not required at all?
Please reply me on urgent basis so that I had to work out on this.

26 August 2010 Pl check company's master data in MCA Portal. If the status of the company therein shows 'strike off" no need to file further documents.
