Sir,
Can anybody tell me that if a Pvt Ltd Company has been applied for Strike off from ROC of West Bengal & all its Annual Accounts till 31st Dec`2009 has been given during that time.
But notification of the same from ROC received on 12th Feb`2010 from which within 3 months it will be strike off from ROC,
in this regard please tell me whether it is required to provide Annual Accounts till 31st March`2010 again or 12th May`2010 or not required at all?
Please reply me on urgent basis so that I had to work out on this.

Pl check company's master data in MCA Portal. If the status of the company therein shows 'strike off" no need to file further documents.
