16 January 2019 Repected Sir/Mam,
I have a company which went through strike off process, Now all the demands had been paid and status of company is active.
But Master data of company on MCA site is still not showing signatory details.

So what i have to do now, should i have to file any form or any other thing.

22 January 2019 I had mailed them but no reply from ROC.

25 July 2025 If your company’s **strike-off status has been reversed** (i.e., it has been **restored and is now “Active” on the MCA portal**), but the **signatory details are missing in the MCA master data**, then yes — **you need to take further action** to restore those details manually.

## ✅ Steps to Take When Signatory Details Are Missing After Strike-Off Reversal

### 1. 📄 **File Form DIR-12 (Appointment of Director)**

Even though the directors were already appointed before strike-off, you **must refile DIR-12** for restoring the digital signatory records in MCA.

#### 👉 Purpose:

To update the **current directors’ details** (even if no new appointment is made) so that their **names reappear in the MCA master data** and are linked to the company again.

#### 🛠 How:

* File **Form DIR-12** with the existing director(s) as "appointed."
* Use the **same DIN and details**.
* No need for fresh appointment/resignation unless there's an actual change.
* Attach:

* Board resolution (if required)
* Consent to act as director (DIR-2)

### 2. 💻 **Ensure Active DSCs Are Associated**

Make sure the directors' **Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs)** are active and correctly associated with their **DIN**s in the MCA portal.

If DSCs are expired, **renew them**, and then associate with the company using the "Associate DSC" utility.

### 3. 📧 **Follow Up with ROC**

If you already mailed ROC but haven’t received a response, take the following steps:

* Visit the **ROC office physically** (if feasible) or contact via official phone numbers.
* Raise a **ticket on MCA Helpdesk** through:

* Quote your **Company CIN** and **SRN** of the restoration application.
