19 November 2011 Dear Sir,

We are one of the Cement manufacturers, planning to export clinker to Bangladesh. Our planning is to make stock transfer to krishnapatnam bonded warehouse without payment of excise duty and to raise sale invoices from port (without excise duty). Please help me by giving your valuable advice and procedure.

19 November 2011 Form of application for clearance of goods.- Applications to clear goods from a warehouse on payment of duty or for transfer to another warehouse or for export from India shall be in the proper Form, or in such modified reproduction of such Form as the Commissioner may in any particular case allow, and shall be delivered to the officer-in-charge of the warehouse at least twenty-four hours before it is intended to remove the goods.
