Stock trading with CA Articleship

Is it true that the CA Articles are not allowed to be engaged in stock business or stock trading simultaneously with the CA Articleship?

He can buy and sell the shares in the stock market as investment for which capital gains tax applicable.

But how can I manage to be engaged in stock trading in the regular trading hours(which is 9:00 PM TO 3:30 PM) if suppose my office timings are 10:00 AM TO 6:00 PM?
Do I need any special approval if the office timings for articleship are clashing?

Stock working hours for regular hour's trading : 9:00 AM TO 3:30 PM

Do it between 9am and 10am and during lunch hours.
