Wot is the nature of the Product? Accordingly u hv to determine the quantity & the valuation report...

To prepare the stock report....It depends upon the nature of the Business...Some may opt for weekly...15 days OR monthly....
It may be daily also....

05 August 2012 thnk sir. Nature of business: Trading in sarees and they are preparing monthly stock statement and present it to bank, but i m nt clear why 2 make it n how 2 make it?

05 August 2012 Banks normally give cash credit limit against the stock. Normally 85% of the Net working capital is financed by the banks as cash credit facility
