To prepare the stock report....It depends upon the nature of the Business...Some may opt for weekly...15 days OR monthly....
It may be daily also....

thnk sir. Nature of business: Trading in sarees and they are preparing monthly stock statement and present it to bank, but i m nt clear why 2 make it n how 2 make it?

Banks normally give cash credit limit against the stock. Normally 85% of the Net working capital is financed by the banks as cash credit facility
