can any one tell me in CS executive SLC how to deal with stock exchanges chapter as i am not getting the concept of this chapter right. so how to study this chapter any important topics if any please do mention the same...

03 August 2010 security law & compliances is key subject of CS executive 2ed group. you should refer last6 attempts guideline answers issued by ICSI.
in addition to that refer 'STUDENT COMPANY SECRETERY' for latest amendements and recent case laws.
