Stock details in 3CD Form not ossible to give

24 September 2009 Dear Expert, I want to know that if in any case, it is not possible to give quantitative stock details in 3CD Form. We have taken a physical stock on 31st March, but due to very small itmes of stock and that too more then 300-350, its not possible to keep the track of stock records. Then what should we write in a the Form 3CD. And what are the liabilities of auditor in this refgard? Can some body tell me some lines as an example that can be written in the tax audit report? Pls its very urgent.
