in Tally, 7.2 & above versions have good facility to maintain stock details. You can maintain separate stock at each place and then at year end or any reporting time, you may consolidate all stocks.

Dear Pravin, Its a normal procedure of creating item wise heads and then simply updating th same with each inwards and outwards. I dont have any specific link.
