It is necessary to complet Pending Annual Filing before submitting STK 2 for removing name of company from ROC register

To update annual filing before filing e-form STK-2 to strike off name.

But, company doesn't have a pan no. Since incorporation year 2013. Is it possible to strike off without submitting annual Filling forms
